At HHS A/C Sales and Maintenance, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing premium cooling solutions and expert maintenance services across Jeddah. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Technical departments to ensure every client receives seamless support, from initial inquiry to final installation. We are a rapidly growing HVAC leader that offers a supportive environment where accomplished professionals mentor the next generation of staff.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Service Requests: Efficiently manage and schedule all incoming A/C repair and installation calls.
- Technical Communication: Translate customer cooling issues into clear technical tasks for our field maintenance teams.
- Quotation Management: Prepare and send professional quotations for spare parts, refrigerants, and new unit installations.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide proactive updates to customers on their service status and resolution times.
- Contract Renewals: Actively follow up with residential and commercial clients for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals.
Must Have
- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate with our diverse client base in Jeddah.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations during peak summer seasons.
- Tech Savviness: Experience using CRM systems (Odoo preferred) and basic computer applications (MS Excel/Outlook).
- Local Knowledge: Basic understanding of Jeddah’s residential districts for efficient technician dispatching.
Nice to have
- HVAC Industry Experience: Previous experience working within an A/C sales or maintenance company.
- Sales Background: Experience in upselling service packages or commercial maintenance contracts.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Midea, Gree, or LG split and central unit specifications.
- Driving License: A valid Saudi driving license (advantageous for occasional site visits or coordination).
